WinC International Member Manifesto

 

The foundation of our organization was built by women of color and queer people of color. Our membership has always represented marginalized genders, races, disabilities, ethnicities, and nationalities. 

We do not stand for or abide by any kind of oppressive, discriminatory, harassing, or bullying behavior- whether on our websites or at any of our events.

Our Code of Conduct/Zero Tolerance Policy is as follows: 

 

No Racism

No Ableism

No Transphobia

No Misogyny

No Homophobia

No Fatphobia 

No Xenophobia

….Etc

No ‘ists’, ‘isms’, ‘phobias’ in relation to the above...Period

 

We refuse to abide predatory behavior of any sort- any such actions will result in removal from this organization.
